Happy Self-care Sunday 🧖🏾♀️ for self care I like to isolate, take deep breaths, and seek deeper understanding 🤯 Today during my reading, I found that I’ve been trained to unintentionally misunderstand the very people I advocate for 😢 the babies haven’t regressed, they are stressed. Instead of increasing demands, we as educators need to check ourselves, asses the environment we’re creating and reevaluate our strategies because the people have spoken! There’s no such thing as regression- Autistics burn out when they are stressed and that’s facts!
