~12/29- no morning class. Regular schedule for evening classes

NO CLASS January 1st-7th. Classes will resume January 8th.
Big things are already in motion for next year 🤔👀🏗. It would behoove you to NOT wait until February or March to start. Just saying 😊

Know the difference

Weight does NOT equal fat. Focusing on your weight is a surefire way to set yourself up for failure and disappointment.

Focus less on the scale, and more on moving yourself. Have fun with your meals, and GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD.

Morning motivation:
Samantha has had her fair share of bumps in the road. Extremely hard working mom of 2 minions. She’s had her good and bad days, but she’s always come back day in and day out.

She’s lost AND kept off 16.5 pounds since May. Loosing weight is something everyone can do, but keeping it off is where people get discouraged. We’re all excited for what’s to come for her, and others around her. 🤘🏼

Morning motivation. Shalane Flanagan finished 1st in the NYC marathon with a time of 2:26. She became the first woman to win the NYC marathon in 40 years. Way to go!!!!.
