Jesus Christ said, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; … and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Later Jesus said,
In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
I know when I follow Christ life is easier to bear, when I try to rely soley on myself life is more difficult to deal with.
