Sharing some encouragement today.

You may be on the mountaintop. Or you may have just received some unnerving news.

Today you may feel like celebrating. Or today may feel like a struggle.

But we thank God that it doesn't change the facts!

God is within her. She will not fall!
Psalm 46:5

Other versions say she will not fail. And if you read deeper into the rest of that chapter you will find that God isn't talking about an individual woman. He's talking about the lsraelites and the city of Jerusalem.

But this is still encouraging news for us because if you know a little bit about Israel's history then you know how faithfully God walked with them. You know how much He watched over them and cared for them and never left them, even when they went their own way, complained, rebelled, let fear control their beliefs, and failed to see themselves the way God saw them.

This is encouraging news to us because it is an example of God's relentless commitment to our success. Success His way that produces His results. The best results that not only feeds our souls, but the souls of others.

So be encouraged today. God is with you. He's right there with you. And He will not let you fall!

When my 2nd marriage ended and my life came crumbling down I couldn't believe that I had anything to offer the world. No gifts, talent, or purpose. Just depression, embarrassment and a brokenhearted. But that was a lie.

Some of the deepest wells of my pain revealed my deepest wells of passion and purpose. To help other women find themselves and believe again.
