For their bravery, John and his partner received Heroism Medals from the Sacramento Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.

โ€œWhile others watched in shock, John moved with instinct, determined to help. In a scene filled with uncertainty and heartbreak, he remained calm and steadfast, providing critical assistance when it mattered most.โ€

๐Ÿš€ Spotlight: Leadership for the Government Executive

Are your 1:1s with leaders of leaders actually driving outcomesโ€”or just updates? Make them count by focusing on what moves transformation forward: align on cross-agency priorities, coach for accountability, challenge assumptions with nontraditional solutions, and build the relationships needed to execute.

Our program turns those conversations into action through: Executive Leadership โ†’ Coaching Culture โ†’ Service Culture โ†’ Organizational Change โ†’ Strategy & Measurement โ†’ Team Dynamics โ†’ Enterprise Communication

Here is a testimonial from previous cohort:
โ€œI appreciate and value the leadership tools and resources provided as a part of the course, but the biggest take away was the collaboration and camaraderie of my cohort of their shared experiences.โ€ - Glenn Wallace, Cohort 43
