Thank you to for visiting! Mike was in town for his son’s band contest and they decided to pack their gis and visit a Jiu Jitsu school in Sacramento. Grateful they chose to visit us it was a pleasure to share the mat with them!

After all these years I’m still just enjoying grappling with my friends. This group includes some of the best fighters and grapplers in the world and … me. I’m by far the least qualified or accomplished in this group but that means I have the most to learn! 🧠 ⚡️

CJJ HOLIDAY PARTY THIS SUNDAY 12.15 6-8p at the (21+).

Hosted bar tab and appetizers, holiday treat exchange, a nice group photo, memories.

Bring a holiday treat like cookies or brownies or whatever in a container. Put on table and take someone else’s baked goods. Simple and fun!
