This is Angrecum didieri. It's a small plant that puts out a big flower. This flower, like many Angrecum orchids, is fragrant at night.

Here's another first for me. This is Dendrobium Green Surprise. This is the first time it has bloomed for me.

This is the first time I've posted this orchid. I got this from my friend Lauris Rose at Cal-Orchids. This is Ansellia africana, often known as the Leopard Orchid or the Trash Basket Orchid. It is native to tropical and central Africa.

Here is the last of my blooming Cymbidiums. This was given to me when a friend passed away and it's been a reliable bloomer so far.

Today you get a twofer. First, we have Bletilla ochracea. This one blooms later than most of the other Bletilla orchids and blooms most of the summer. Second, we have Bletilla Yokohama 'Kate'. Like its yellow cousin, it stays in bloom layer than most Bletilla orchid varieties and it doesn't always die back in the winter. Both of these are great choices for anyone who says they can't grow orchids.

Here is today's orchid. This is Pleurothallis picta 'Matthew'. I got this plant from Howard and Joan Gunn's collection.

Here is today's orchid. This is Dendrobium Love Memory 'Fizz'. In fact, it's 2 of them. The smaller one, which got a first place ribbon in our show, is a piece of the bigger one.

I've been negligent in posting pictures of what's in bloom lately. So, I'll try to post one a day until I'm caught up.
Today we have Dendrobium Oriental Smile. I got this orchid a number of years ago at one of the SOS educational events. It is growing on a ceramic pipe that one of our members makes. Needless to say, the orchids love growing on the pipe.
