Be yourself! Sounds cliché but it's the truth.

My 2023 vision is to be more accepting of the little things that make me "weird" and to tap into the magic I know is in me 🌌

💍 So as you start thinking of how your ceremony is going to look and feel like, keep *yourself* at the core and center! Lean into your magic.

For example:

Are you a family-oriented person? Incorporate them in your ceremony:

✨️ Have both sides of the families exit the ceremony holding hands

✨️ Invite your parents to participate in the unity ritual

✨️ Include words of gratitude in opening remarks

✨️ Use a family heirloom

Are you both into Disney? Weave it in!

🤍 Add quotes from your favorite movie to the ceremony

🤍 Make Disney-inspired vows

🤍 Do a Disney unity ritual (i.e. colors, theme, props)

It's a liberating experience when you create a ceremony true to you 💐

Make sure your officiant gives you room for authenticity and creativity.

I think I should first start by telling you what it's NOT ⤵️

🚫 it's not a word-for-word translation of English to Spanish (or vice versa)

🚫 it's not a long and boring ceremony structure

🚫 it's not annoying for your bilingual guests

The way I structure your bilingual ceremony makes it so that ⤵️

✨️ there's a nice balance of both languages

✨️ there's a beautiful flow between Spanish and English

✨️ everyone feels included in your ceremony without it being distracting to your monolingual guests

✨️ your vendors receive important cues in their preferred language

I specifically chose to market myself as a bilingual officiant because on your wedding day, you shouldn't sacrifice your family feeling included 💕

Friday means bobba tea day for me. It's my ritual to get the weekend started. I usually order a large earl milk tea with mini bobba, coconut jelly and 50% sugar. I love that they allow me to customize my order however I want.

And if I can customize my bobba drink, you bet you can customize your wedding ceremony too. As your officiant, I want you to feel validated and confident in how together we make your ceremony script. I'll even let you taste it, I mean, see it before your wedding day!

You'll be just as excited about your ceremony script as I am that today is bobba tea day.
