If you’ve been in my circle awhile you know how much I f**k with values. I love ‘em! They’ve helped me so much in my own journey, and in the journey of so many of my clients.

As we head into Spring, especially *this* Spring with the world basically on fire, we need more grounding than ever. And I believe that values are a beautiful way to ground more deeply into ourselves. Values helps us have stay ready, don’t have to get ready energy. And I love walking people through this process.

I’m co-creating this space and workshop with my dear friend Elise because of our values alignment and her approach to rootedness from a seasonal and magical perspective.

So, we’ll be welcoming 10 lovely people into my home to have fun, go deep, and take a beat to re-center.

As Earth ascends from her slumber, we too awaken with endless possibilities.

Join Elise and Molly for a succulent workshop full of joy, ritual, and self-exploration. We will gather together in a cozy container with food, n/a drink, and creativity. 

The Spring Equinox is the time between Winter and Summer, when there is equal day and night. It is a time of emergence after the earth has been dormant and decomposing during the dark, cold Winter months. We plant seeds in Spring, physically and metaphorically, to help usher in the abundant harvest of Summer.

Values can help connect to your own wisdom to navigate these wild times. Values are like the fertile soil we can grow from. Having a solid, embodied sense of our values is deeply empowering and relational. When we are connected to our values we get to shape our lives according to our inner compass. We embody our sense of Self not according to any internalized “shoulds,” but according to our intuition and inner truth.

Understanding the symbolism of days of the week as aspects of ourselves, brings grounding clarity and direction. Combined with understanding of our values these tools will guide you on your unique path, helping you plan intentional rituals during Spring and beyond.

Elise Cole Da-Cruz (she/her) empathically and intuitively guides people to becoming their fullest selves through hairstyling, tarot/ritual, art, and connecting with the natural world. She lives with her wife and dog, joyfully co-creating home, garden, and art.
Molly Reagh (she/her) is a counselor and relationship coach, she helps people create their most authentic and joyful relationships with themselves and others. She loves mushroom foraging, hosting her loved ones, and cuddling her orange fluffy cat Howie.

NRE, or the symbiosis phase of a relationship, is one that is characteristically about exclusive bonding. Regardless of our logical ideas and values around exclusivity, there’s this neurobiological experience that most of us go through when first building an attachment relationship with someone else.

A circumstance that came up when I first started thinking about this, was throuples, situations where one person enters an existing couple and falls in love with both partners. Clearly this is a clear example of one person falling in love with two people, however, I wonder if part of it is that the existing couple relationship feels like it’s a unit. Like in some ways, it might feel more like falling in love with one interconnected entity rather than two separate individuals.

I know people will have thoughts about this, and I am certain there are many anecdotal experiences to counter this little theory of mine. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments!
