Losing weight actually not that hard……
… but its hard to maintain the weight loss if you’re unable to change your mindset 🤌
Losing 20lbs ONCE is easy ⬇️
Go on a diet, walk 20K steps, eat protein bars for 2 months for 2 meals , stay under 800 calories and 20lbs gone!
But how are you gonna keep the weight off when work picks up & kids fall sick?
Or if you got tired of eating those damn protein bars ?
The issue here (and why weight loss feels so out of control)…
… is that you don’t know how to manage your emotions and eat intentionally in line with your goals…
The ONLY way you can keep the weight off is by:
- changing your relationship to the food. It's how you feel about food.
- Changing how you feel about yourself.
When you change the way you feel about yourself , you will automatically stop turning to food to feel better.
Instead of being stuck in the rollercoaster of diets that need you to be “perfect” in all aspects of eating and working out 2 hours a day🤦♀️
I don't care about you losing 20lbs ONCE!
I care that you have the tools to handle the teenager phase and the aging parents phase without turning to food.
No perfect meal plans
No overwhelm.
No ‘how can I do it again’ 😫
Just like my client who came to me desperate to lose weight after being fixated on calorie counting for years and getting tired of it.
Once we unpacked that the her core issues relating to dieting actually stemmed from a toxic relationship to food from her childhood & cleared that out.
Once we cleared that out, how she felt about herself shifted and finally her body shifted as well.
So if you would love to know where your unhealthy eating patterns have stemmed from & you struggle to regulate and process your emotions, and it often ends with you reaching for that cookie jar and you are ready to break your cycle, I would love to help you right now.
I'm offering free consultations where together we're going to immediately get to the root cause of why it is that you're stuck
in this cycle of emotional eating so you finally have clarity over where you need to focus and what needs to shift.
