Losing weight actually not that hard……
… but its hard to maintain the weight loss if you’re unable to change your mindset 🤌

The reasons you are constantly struggled with losing weight :
It has nothing to do with diet and exercise.
You are constantly approaching it from a lack perspective: adding not only pressure but also judgement.
This does 2 things:
1) Constantly keeping you in failure 😱😱
2) Judgement lead to negative self talk which led to overeating -> viscious cycle keeping you stuck in negative weight loss stories .
What works ? :
1) Constantly teaching yourself to count my wins EVEN WHEN I felt like nothing was working till it becomes a habit
2) becoming a scientist and gathering stats too see what’s working and what’s not working helping m you stop judging myself and the resulting overeating .
