The Nurturing Parenting Program recognizes unconditional love as one of the most important pillars in creating a positive parent-child relationship.
Children who know they are loved unconditionally, tend to have a better self-image, increased confidence, and the ability to show love and empathy to others.
Remind the children in your family that you love them today and everyday, for no reason at all!❤️

Empathy is one of the core principles we focus on in the Nurturing Parenting Program. By understanding feelings first and responding with compassion, caregivers help children feel seen, safe and supported.

Taking care of yourself helps you show up as the best you for your family! Self-care doesn't have to look like an expensive massage or a shopping spree that breaks the budget.
Here are some FREE self-care exercises that can help you reset at the end of you day.
1. Write in a journal.
2. Unplug from screens for 30 minutes.
3. Make a feel-good playlist and listen to it.
Incorporating some of these self-care habits into your daily routine is a great way to take care of YOU! ✨

Hello, my name is Lawrence, and I’m one of the Skills Trainers with the eVIBE department, where I teach students the Too Good for Violence – Social Perspectives curriculum. I’ve been in this position for a few weeks and am excited about the opportunity to work with students and help them grow. I believe it’s essential for young people to learn the social and emotional skills that will support them in becoming healthy, happy individuals. My goal is to make a positive impact in their lives and be a source of encouragement and guidance. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and I’m passionate about travel—I’ve been out of the country and hope to explore even more in the future. Some of my favorite hobbies include hiking, going to the beach, and bike riding, no matter the weather.
