John Reith Elementary School
John Reith Elementary is dedicated to providing a high level educational experince and student safety It is named for Mr. Mr. In the spirit of Mr.
John Reith Elementary school opened in 1989 as a K-6 School. John Reith a pioneer that received a land grant for the marshy lands that surround the area. He and his family farmed the area for many years. Reith was a major proponent of education and was a founding board member of the Prairie school district. Reith the school named in his honor strives to provide a high quality educational experience for its students with an emphasis on family oriented education.

Thank you to Mrs. Zotzman and Mr. Chestnut for taking our kids to the Runnin’ for Rhett race this past Sunday! The kids and families had a blast moving into life! Thank you for inspiring our kids to get healthy!

Today we kicked off our college and career week with military Monday! Our kids are learning about new careers opportunities and fields of study! The Valley Vikings came over with their robotics class and taught our 6th graders how to be engineers and held a robotics competition! They had the time of their lives!!! Farhat’s BOT won! Way to go 6th graders, and a HUGE thank you to our partner high school Valley High!

The trustworthy rally was amazing! Ms. DePaolo and her leadership crew did an incredible job teaching our kids about trustworthiness. Thank you for making John Reith a special place to come each day, this was a phenomenal rally! Awesome work jags!
