A shot from our tournament today. We often have our other experienced teen competitors coach their younger counterparts. They are there on the sidelines for their entire match, supporting them the whole way!

A wonderful trip to the Sacramento Zoo!

House Shisa is hosting their first park cleanup of the summer this week! If you are interested in participating, please meet in front of the dojo on Saturday July 8th at 1 pm so that we can walk over as a group. We will be walking to East Portal Park to clean up and will walk back to the dojo around 2. Feel free to bring your own supplies (trash bags, gloves, etc) but we will also have some. Please plan to be out in the sun, so bring sunscreen, water bottles, and hats.

We also are coordinating with House Tatsu so we are asking that anyone who can brings disposable water bottles to give to those trapped out in the heat. Hope to see you all there!
