Hi, I’m Cady! Welcome to Age of Seggsploration.✨

I am an certified seggs educator and coach who empowers people to live their most pleasurable lives.

My personal specialties include (but are not limited to, because your girl is ALWAYS learning!):

- menstrual health, hygiene, and cycle awareness
- pleasure exploration and communication
- building self-pleasure practices
- improving your communication with partners
- safer seggs, including contraception and STIs
- non-monogamy & polyamory

I bring a sense of curiosity, empathy, and enthusiasm to all of my sessions, and I am radically candid with my clients. Trivia teams consist of up to 6 people. You can bring your friends and make your own team, or show up and join/create a team on the spot! All identities and backgrounds are welcome.

Trivia questions cover a wide variety of s*x and s*xuality-related topics, so get ready to challenge yourself, learn something new, and have a good time.

The Gender Health Center (GHC) is a trans and BIPOC-led non-profit organization located in Sacramento, CA dedicated to the health, wellness, and joy of transgender, non-binary and gender expansive community. GHC offers a wide range of free or low-cost, low-barrier services to the community, including a free hormone clinic, mental health counseling, support groups and cultural programs, harm reduction, legal assistance, healthcare navigation, case management, and resource referrals.

There’s a common misconception that ase//ual people don’t want or enjoy pleasure, but that’s far from true. Many aces still seek out pleasure in various forms, whether it’s through self-pleasure, cuddles, sensual touch, or emotional intimacy.

Pleasure isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it doesn’t have to involve se//ual attraction. A study found that about 56% of ase//ual people have engaged in partnered se//ual activity at some point, often for reasons like intimacy or connection with a partner.

Aces deserve spaces where their boundaries and needs are respected, and they should feel empowered to explore their own forms of pleasure—on their terms. Whether it’s sensual or emotional, pleasure is for everyone, no exceptions. 💖⁠
