Rye Country Day School’s Science Research Program brings learning beyond the classroom and into the field. Throughout their Upper School years, students develop original research questions, collaborate with expert mentors, and conduct meaningful scientific investigations.

They present their findings at local, regional, and national competitions and symposiums—communicating complex ideas with remarkable clarity and confidence. Summer internships at world-renowned institutions further deepen their experience, offering transformative opportunities to contribute to real-world research and explore future careers in science.
