Hello Grainger JROTC! I am excited for the new school year and I hope you are too. 1SG Brian Owens is on the ground and running. He will be introducing himself in a few days. I know you will welcome him into our family. By now, you should have received notice that we are starting school on 17 Aug 2020. Please read the information from the Director concerning school operations. The pandemic is a minor setback as long as we are conscious of social distancing and wearing our masks. I am eager to see you again. Practice will be on Tuesday and Thursdays. Go Grizzlies!

I would like to congratulate Cadets Oliver Lockhart, Gabe Mathis, and Leah Hopson for earning 3 year ROTC scholarships (Lockhart-UT, Mathis-Carson Newman, Hopson-LMU). Myself and LTC Lynn are extremely proud of you!!!

Reminder...if you didn’t make it to the high school today please make every attempt to do so tomorrow to turn your uniform in as well as clean out your locker and turn in books, laptops, paper assignments, etc...Colonel and I will resume classes on Friday at 1300 and 2100, have a great night!!

Reminder! Uniform turn in is tomorrow and Thursday from 0900-1500hrs. You will also need to clean out your lockers and secure any items you may have left in the JROTC classroom...that is all!! If you have questions you can contact myself or Colonel Lynn.
