Student Council is gearing up for their first Spirit Day of the year.

Dolly Day is coming to CTMS! On Friday, September 25, we’re inviting all Bobcats to show up in pink, denim, and rhinestones for a day filled with school spirit, kindness, and a little extra sparkle.

Throughout the day, students will be encouraged to complete random acts of kindness and help make CTMS a brighter place.

We’ll also be supporting our Power of Pink fundraiser, with spirit wear proceeds benefiting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in memory of former CTMS reading specialist Barbara Goodale who recently passed away.

So break out the pink, add some denim, pile on the sparkle, and help us prove that small acts can make a BIG impact!

Please note: Zeffy adds an optional contribution to help keep its service free for nonprofits. You may choose “Other” and enter 0%—this fee is completely optional and is not required.

📣 Attention CTMS parents! Student Council sign-ups are open for the 2026-2027 school year, and we'd love to see your 6th, 7th, or 8th grader get involved.

There are two easy ways to join this year: Core Council (regular meetings and a committee) or the Event Volunteer Crew (jumping in to help at events like Spirit Week and bake sales, no meetings required). There's a spot for every level of interest and every schedule.

Sign-ups close Friday, September 25.

If your kid has been on the fence about getting involved at school, this is a great, low-pressure way to start. Encourage them to sign up! 🐾

Questions? Reach out to advisor Mrs. Heiniluoma.

Staff Appreciation Week is coming up, and we would love your help making it extra special for our amazing CTMS staff!

If you would like to donate toward the week, your support will help us provide treats, meals, raffles, and fun surprises throughout the celebration.

We are also gladly accepting raffle prize donations! Another wonderful way to help is by purchasing something directly from a teacher’s Amazon Wish List.

A huge thank you to Starbucks for donating the drinks for Thirsty Thursday and to Maple Ave Diner for giving us such a great price on breakfast for our staff. We are so grateful for the community support!

Every donation, big or small, helps us show our staff how much they are appreciated. Thank you for helping us celebrate them!
Donate or check out the wish lists at https://www.ctmspto.com/

PLEASE NOTE ZEFFY WILL ASK FOR AN OPTIONAL DONATION AT CHECKOUT - YOU CAN CHANGE IT TO ZERO!
