Bethel Christian School - Ruston, La Bethel Christian is a private school and daycare located in Ruston, La.

Since 1965, Bethel Christian School has championed this visionary philosophy by standing as North Central Louisiana’s beacon for distinctively non-sectarian Christian education. Founded by Dr. Jack and Florine Martin, Bethel Christian School is an independent, non-discriminatory, non-denominational, college preparatory school. Drawn by the school’s reputation for academic excellence and low teacher/student ratio, its student body is composed of the Pre-K (3) – 12th grades. At Bethel Christian, every student is important and challenged to do his or her best by outstanding teachers who are genuinely interested in every student. There is no substitute for a well trained, understanding teacher who radiates Christian character and establishes a wholesome relationship with each child. Coupled with parental encouragement and involvement, Bethel Christian reaches its mission by incorporating the virtues of honesty, respect for authority, high morals, self-discipline, and effective study habits.

Today, our Bethel Christian School students and childcare had a great time seeing the firetruck and meeting some of our local firefighters!

A big thank-you to the Ruston Fire Department for coming out to spend the morning with us, teaching our students about fire safety, answering questions, and giving them the opportunity to see the firetruck up close. 🚒

We appreciate all that you do to keep our community safe and for taking the time to make fire safety fun and memorable for our kids!

🚒 Fire Safety Day at BCS! 🚒

Fire Safety Day will be Tuesday, October 6th! We’re excited to have a fun and educational day with our students as we learn all about fire safety and get to meet some local firefighters.

Each class will have a scheduled time to:

Talk with the firefighters
Explore and see the firetruck
Learn important fire safety tips
And maybe even take a fun picture to send home to Mom and Dad!

We’ve attached the schedule with the times for each class. We’re looking forward to a fun-filled day of learning and making some great memories!

RADA Cutlery Fundraiser ends tomorrow, September 22nd. Be sure to get your order forms in the office tomorrow morning! 😁

Bethel Families!

Be on the lookout for your RADA Cutlery catalog in your child’s backpack today! Our fundraiser officially starts today and runs through September 22nd! Our goal is to raise enough money to bring a DUNKING BOOTH to this year’s Fall Festival! And we’re making it even more fun…

There will be jars in each teacher’s classroom, and students can put money in the jar of the teacher they want to see get dunked! Whichever teacher has the most money in their jar by Fall Festival on October 31st will be the one taking the plunge! 💦😂

So, choose your teacher wisely… or maybe not so wisely! And help us reach our goal and make this year’s Fall Festival a HIT! We can’t wait to see which teacher ends up in the dunking booth! 😜

Our newest little principal is on duty today! She may be tiny, but she’s already running the place! 💕😂
