📢 IMPORTANT LUNCHROOM UPDATE

Parents, we have made a change to our lunchroom ordering process! Beginning this school year, you will order your child’s lunch through MySchoolWorx.com using your login credentials.

If you plan to pack a lunch for your child, you do not need to place a lunch order.

Once you log in to MySchoolWorx:

Click the Lunch icon.
Select the lunch plates you would like to order for your child.
Click Submit.

You can order lunches up to one month in advance. Once you submit your order, you will be invoiced the following day. Please be sure to pay your current invoice before submitting additional lunch orders.

If you have a credit on your lunch account, your lunch purchases will automatically be deducted from your available credit. If you have questions about your credit balance, please contact the school office.

Once your credit is used, all future lunch orders and payments will need to be made through MySchoolWorx. When an invoice is added to your account, simply click the Account icon, then click “View” next to your invoice to make a payment. You may also bring cash or check to the office to pay your lunch bill.

We strongly encourage all parents to have their child’s lunches ordered at least one week in advance to help our cafeteria prepare for the upcoming week.

Good morning, BCS Families!

Over the summer, our team has been working hard behind the scenes to transition to a new online platform. We made this change to provide an easier and more convenient experience for our families while also helping our office stay organized with account balances, communication between teachers, administration, and parents, and other important school information. I will be sending a link attached with this message. The process should only take about 5–10 minutes to complete. If you have a picture you can upload of your child, that would be helpful.

❗️If you have not enrolled already, please fill this out and upload all necessary documents plus a photo of your child!

❗️If you have already enrolled, go ahead and get your account setup online. We will still hold your documents on file here in the office. Fill out all the information, and upload a photo of your child.

Our goal is that beginning next school year, most of this information will remain digital, making re-enrollment as simple as clicking the "Re-Enroll" button each year! Once you submit your child's information, our office will review and approve the application, and you'll be all set for the upcoming school year.

If you have any questions or concerns about this new system, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm happy to help!

We also ask for a little patience as we learn this new platform ourselves and discover all of its great features. We're excited about the improvements this system will bring for both our families and our staff. If you plan to message me back on here or through a private message, please be sure to include your name and child's name that way I can save your information in my phone for future reference.
