Decided to mix it up a bit and try something new. Picked up a MAWL C1+ for the 11.5, and the PEQ-15 goes to the DD M4A1 SOCOM. Not sure if I’ll like the MAWL better on the 11.5, but damn that PEQ looks right at home on the 14.5!

Over the last few years, I’ve come to know and respect the staff at JJ Gun Supply a great deal. All around solid guys. They are my go to shop for NFA stuff, accessories, and about anything else. Some apparel to rep a solid company and a Vang Comp Systems LLC | Tactical Sh***uns since 1990 dome safety for the 870 round out the goodies!

When trainwithwillis laid down a 10.99 on “10 seconds my ass”, I knew I had to hit the range today and see if I could catch or beat that time. Like an idiot, I didn’t bring my support arm over top of the sling, so it was all up in my business during the reloads. Thankfully it didn’t hinder me too much. Next stop, sub 10 seconds!

I’m truly fortunate to have good friends that push me to perform at higher levels!

4th shot clipped right shoulder of the target. Sub optimal, but a hit.

I was too curious to wait long before seeing what my pump time would be on the “10 seconds my ass”. In full transparency, I shot 5 rounds before this to make sure the new 870 worked. Picked it up last week and hadn’t shot it yet. The over the top reload is definitely easier without an optic sitting on the receiver. Did some dummy round reps last night. Sub 10 on a pump would be insane, but it’s good to have goals right? 🤷‍♂️
