📚 Welcome Back, Teachers & Staff! 🍎
It’s the first day of school for our teachers and staff and we are excited to kick off a new year full of possibilities, growth and success! 💙

Our new Superintendent, Jeff West, welcomed our teachers and staff back and shared an important reminder as we begin the year:
“If you want to be part of a good team, you have to be a good teammate.”

What a great message to carry with us into the new school year! When we work together, support one another, and give our best every day, we create an environment where our students—and each other—can thrive.

Here’s to the 2026-27 year filled with teamwork, positivity, dedication and excellence! Let’s make it a GREAT year to be an INDIAN! 💙🤍

It is the district’s goal to reach 100% completion during our first year of implementing online registration!

Finalizing back-to-school forms is essential to ensuring your student is ready for the start of the school year.

If your student’s registration is incomplete, please log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and complete the required forms as soon as possible. You can check your student’s registration status by selecting “Online Registration” in the Parent Portal.

📣 Cole R-1 School Open House! 💙

We’re excited to welcome our students and families for our 1st Grade–12th Grade Open House! 🎉

📅 Thursday, August 20, 2026
⏰ 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Here’s what you need to know:
📚 Grades 1–6:
Students and families may go directly to their classroom anytime between 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

👨‍👩‍👧 5th & 6th Grade Parent Meeting:
6:30 p.m. in the Elementary Building Gym

🏫 JH/HS Students:
Please use the gym entrance and filter into the gym. Students will be provided with a checklist.

📢 7th, 9th & New Student Parent Meeting:
7:00 p.m. in the High School Gym

💙We can’t wait to see our Indians and families as we kick off another great school year!

🍔🍧🧋Don’t forget you can also grab dinner or dessert for the family while attending the open house. There will be several food trucks set up near the elementary parking lot.
