Congratulations to Morgan Lenker, recipient of the GRREC & WKU Scholarship for future educators!
The Green River Regional Educational Cooperative is providing a scholarship to two senior students attending a public high school in our region. This scholarship is open to students planning to attend Western Kentucky University and major in education. The $2,000 scholarship is renewable for each student’s second, third, and fourth years as long as they remain in academic good standing and continue to make adequate progress in the WKU education program.
GRREC is a non-profit regional educational agency serving 52 school districts in Kentucky. We represent approximately 363 schools, 168,000 students, and 11,000 teachers. Serving educators for over 50 years, GRREC provides training, coaching, technical assistance, and a variety of support services to the region.
This scholarship is co-sponsored by the Green River Regional Educational Cooperative (GRREC) and Western Kentucky University (WKU).
