I apologize for not posting pictures today of the BES lunch, we had guest today and was busy taking photos of them and hearing about their jobs. We had Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries, Salad Bar, Fruit and Milk. Thank you to our Russell Regional Hospital and Russell County EMS for joining us today.

We are excited to introduce our "Lunch and Learn" program to the Russell community! On certain days throughout the school year, we are inviting community members to come and enjoy lunch with our students and talk briefly about their occupations! For sharing your expertise, lunch will be on us!

We hope that we can teach our elementary students about different occupations, and to show our students that it takes many different people in various roles to create a community. If you do not see your profession on the schedule, contact the Bickerdyke office!

A special thank you to Russell County Economic Development and CVB, Russell Chamber, and Russell Regional Hospital in developing this idea!
