Russell UMC Daycare We are a child care facility licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. We care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Hours 6:30 am-5:30 pm Mon-Fri

We have a wonderful caring staff who are all First Aid Certified and we have several CPR certified staff in the building as well. We care for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years. Hours of Operation 6:30 am-5:30 pm Mon-Fri. We are located directly behind the Russell UM Church in Wesley Hall. Our programs include:
2 Year Old Pre-Social Preschool
3 Year Old Pre-School- T, W, Th 8:00 am-11:30 am
4 Year Old Pre-Kindergarten- M, T, W, Th, F 8:00 am-12:00 PM
Before/After School Care

Toys for Tots of Warren, PA 2026 information:

First sign-up:
October 21 & 22
12:00-4:00

Second sign-up:
November 19, 20, & 21
12:00-4:00

Children's social security cards or birth certificates are encouraged for sign-up. If you do not have them, you have time to request them prior to the last sign-up dates.

Sign-ups will be at the Marine Corps League 2355 Jackson Avenue Warren, PA.

This program is for Warren County residents only. The age limit is 16 and children can only be signed up by their parent or legal guardian. Only one application per child per family is permitted.
