Hi, everyone! School is just around the corner and while I haven’t been very active throughout the summer, I plan to start back up my tutoring opportunities as I am able to! With my own school and work being the main factor in my availability, I plan to post session times weekly in accordance to that.

With that being said, be sure to follow and keep a lookout for weekly posts with available times for tutoring sessions specializing in P-5. Hey, everyone! I have created a page here on Facebook for private tutoring. If you or someone you know are looking for summer/school-year tutoring for a student, I’d be happy to have a conversation with you about being a “study buddy.” With school being out in just a few short weeks, my summer schedule is still up in the air. However, once that gets finalized I will be looking for some summer tutoring jobs where I am needed. Along with this little post, I wanted to share a bit about myself. My name is Amy McGowan and I will be graduating RCHS in May. I have always wanted to become a teacher for as long as I can remember, and have gotten the opportunity to be the first of RC’s apprentices. This year has truly been a clarification for me that education is my passion and where I belong. With that being said, I currently have worked with 3rd grade and Kindergarten, but am confident in tutoring any P-5 level or topic. Private tutoring has not only been a help for my students, but it has helped me navigate the many layers of making connections with them and helping them grow academically.

Whether it’s your student or someone you love that may need a little boost, homework help, or even just some fun activities that spark their interest and keep knowledge fresh, I’d be happy to be any part of their learning journey.
