Wee School bags will be available at any elementary school on Tuesday 2-22-22 after 9:00 AM. Stop by any Russell County elementary school, go in the foyer, sign out a bag and get ready for the launch on Wee School Friday morning February 25th. If you have any questions please call the RSES/ SES Family Resource Center at 270-866-7850.

We have decided to hold off on starting Wee School until October. Originally we had planned to start September 17th. With the rise in Covid cases in Russell County we feel it is best to hold off at this point. Our scheduled date to restart Wee School is now October 15th. That start date will be looked at again as we get closer to that October date. Thanks for understanding!

I have made a decision to cancel Wee School the rest of the school year. Even if we get back to school later, I feel it is best to call it for the year. My plan is to start back in September of 2020. Like they say about the RC Fair, it will be bigger and better next year! Stay well and we will see you in September.

Wee School will be cancelled this week at Russell Springs Elementary due to illness in the family of our teacher. We will get back on track next Thursday the 23rd at Salem.

Wee School is wrapping up! Don’t miss the next 3 sessions. Tomorrow at SES. Next week at RSES. Then 2 weeks from tomorrow we will wrap the year up at SES. All kids in attendance at the last session at each school will receive a educational goodie bag. Plus a packet to work on this summer for Kindergarten readiness. It’s been a great year at Wee School!
