🌙 ’Twas the Night Before School Starts

’Twas the night before school starts, and all through the school,
The hallways were quiet, the classrooms were cool.
The backpacks were packed and the pencils were new,
With notebooks and folders and fresh sneakers, too.

Ollie the Owl had his feathers all neat,
His LLT polo and shoes on his feet.
He checked his backpack, then checked it once more,
And placed it beside the front door.

For tomorrow would bring a brand-new school year,
With learning and laughter and friends gathered near.
New challenges waited, new things to explore,
And opportunities waiting behind every door.

“Always Learning. Always Leading.” was Ollie’s refrain,
He knew that each day was a chance to gain—
A new skill, a new friend, a new lesson to share,
And show that every Falcon—or Owl—can care.

So Ollie climbed into bed with a smile,
Knowing tomorrow was certainly worthwhile.
He dreamed of the laughter, the lessons, the fun,
And all of the great things the school year would bring.

Then just before drifting off into the night,
Ollie gave one final feathered thought:

“Tomorrow we learn.
Tomorrow we lead.
Tomorrow we grow.
Tomorrow we succeed!”

We are just about 24 hours away from Open House!
We can’t wait to see you when it’s your grade level time.

Open House is scheduled for Monday, August 10th.

To help make Open House quick and stress-free, please be sure all required forms, registrations, and student information updates are completed in advance. Taking care of these items ahead of time will give you a fast pass through check-in so you can spend more time meeting your student’s teachers and learning about the upcoming school year.
