The weather conditions weren’t the best. Poured on Saturday. Slogged through a lot of water and red clay mud. And the wind was crazy on Sunday. But the two day IWI World Carbine Shootout presented by Vortex at Clinton House in South Carolina was “all that and more”. What a well run and organized match with outstanding sponsors.

The opportunity to be squaded with Daniel Horner from Sig was priceless. And yes, I did hit all my long range steel and paper (all A Zone) shots on Stage 12 😀 which made my weekend.

Training with my new Dissident Arms KS-12 Elite box fed shotgun with Holosun AEMS optic. Great trigger! Limited recoil. And the length of pull and adjustable stock are perfect for me.

Looking forward to using at the upcoming 3-Gun match in September at A Girl & A Gun Fall Fest in Cross Timbers, MO.
