We are just over a week away from the official start of the season, and it's time to get ready! Here is everything you need to know about practice times for the upcoming week:

🗓️ Varsity:

First Practice: Monday, August 17th

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

🗓️ Modified:

First Practice: Thursday, August 20th

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please make sure your athlete is fully registered through their respective school district before the first day of practice. Players must be cleared to step onto the field!

However, Open Gym is STILL ON! Please make sure your player is at the shed by 4:00 PM.

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE: Open Gym Canceled Today (But Weights are Still ON!) 🚨

We were holding out hope that the air quality would clear up enough for us to play today, but unfortunately, we have to cancel today's open gym session. Safety first!

However, the weight room is still open! Coach Gorton will be in there today, so if your player was planning on lifting, that portion of the workout is still on schedule. 💪

Mother Nature hasn’t been on our side for our off-season workouts this week, but we’re ready to bounce back. Enjoy the rest of your week, and please have your players ready to work next Tuesday!

Hey everyone! Quick update for tomorrow:

Due to the extreme heat forecast and a lack of available gym space, tomorrow's open gym for both the Modified and Varsity teams is canceled. Stay safe and stay hydrated out there!

💪 But don't worry, we're still getting some work in!
Coach Gorton will be hosting a session in the weight room tomorrow from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If your player was planning on it, please have them attend.

🏈 Football Season is Just Around the Corner! 🏈

We are excited to kick off summer preparations for our Modified and Varsity teams! To get our players fully prepared for the upcoming season, we are launching our summer workouts soon.

While many players already know the schedule, we want to make sure all families have these details to plan ahead.

⚠️ Important Parking Note: The main High School parking lot will be getting paved this summer. Please coordinate a specific pick-up/drop-off location with your player (e.g., Middle School, main bus loop, or concession stand).

🏋️‍♂️ Summer Schedule & Key Dates

Weight Room Sessions (with Coach Gorton)

Starts: Tuesday, July 7th (Every Tuesday & Thursday)
Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Marcus Whitman Weightroom
Eligibility: Open to all Modified and Varsity students

Open Gym Workouts

Starts: Tuesday, July 14th (Every Tuesday & Thursday)
Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: Meet at the football shed
🎒 What to bring: Sneakers, cleats, and a water bottle!

Official Season Start Dates
