#2 Steakhouse Sloppy Joes - $21 (CP) such a great option on a busy night. If you love our steakhouse burgers....you will love these as well. Serves 4-6. May be split. Allergen: wheat

#3 Loaded Tator Tots 🆕 $21 (Oven) Kid friendly!!! These toys are loaded with everything you would expect.... Sour cream, Cheddar Cheese and bacon. Great side dish with our Sloppy Joes. Serves 4-6 Allergen: dairy

#4 Chicken Bacon Ranch - $21 (CP) highly requested dish. Make into a sandwich or a wrap, serve over pasta, sliders are good too! May be split. Serves 4-6. Allergen: wheat, dairy

#5 Queso Chicken - $21 (CP) Great over rice, wrap, in a taco or over a salad. Serves 4-6. May be split. Allergen: dairy

The freezer is scheduled for delivery and our first order date for Mt Sterling pickup will be Friday (8/21). Spread the word!!!!! Log in Friday for the new menu and our new pickup location - Simply Said 117 W Main St. Mt Sterling.

#1 Taco Casserole 🆕 - $22 ( CP) This tasty meal is full of flavor. Ground beef, corn, beans, potatoes, seasoning and cheese. So hearty and satisfying. May be split. Serves 4-6 Allergen: Dairy

#2 Sloppy Joe Tator Tot Casserole 🆕 - $22 (Oven) what kid doesn't like sloppy joes and Tator tots for lunch? Well we combined these classics into a satisfying casserole. May not be split. Serves 4-6 Allergen: Dairy, trace wheat

#3 Lil Smokies, potatoes and Green Beans 🆕 - $21 another full meal and kid friendly! Smokie links, green beans and baby potatoes cook up in a slightly sweet BBQ based sauce. Serves 4-6. May be split. Allergen: no known

#4 BBQ Pulled Chicken - $21 (CP) BBQ is great at any time of year however during these warm months preparing in the crockpot keeps the heat out of the kitchen. Pile your chicken high on a toasted bun and top with creamy coleslaw for a true Southern experience. Serves 4-6. May be split. Allergen: no known

#5 Burgers - $21 our burgers come 6-1/3 # patties. Choose from:

Steakhouse - Allergen: none
Bacon Cheddar Ranch - Allergen: wheat
Salsa - Allergen: none

If you find yourself with excess sweet corn and a spare minute this soup is terrific, easy to whip up and freezes like a dream. Will be oh so yummy this winter!!!

Chicken Corn Chowder

1/4 c. Butter
1 lg onion, chopped
1/4 c. Flour
1T paprika
2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 32 oz. Carton chicken broth
1 rotisserie chicken, skinned and shredded (certainly can use less)
6 c. Fresh sweet corn, cut off the cob
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts. Hot sauce (optional)
1/2 ts. Salt
1 c. Whole milk or cream

(I added some diced green chilies to mine)

Melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and saute until tender. Add flour, and broth. Stir well. (May transfer to the crockpot at this point). Add additional items except milk. Cook in low/medium heat in Dutch oven until potatoes are tender. (Crockpot) 4-6 hours on low) Stir in milk/cream. Let heat through. Serve. Garnish with shredded cheese and corn chips or croutons.

Stephanie has been a long time friend and just seems like the perfect pairing. (And we hear they have some new things coming too. Oops I might have let the cat out of the bag. 😉)
