Do you want to learn more about Rush City High School and C.E. Jacobson Elementary and offer your ideas on the direction of the Rush City School District?

Parents, alumni, and our Rush City neighbors are invited to join the School Board Advisory Committee. This committee provides valuable advice to the ISD #139 Board of Education as they make decisions that impact our district. Meetings are typically held from 6:00–7:30 p.m. on the second Monday of most months when school is in session.

If you are interested in being part of these conversations, your voice and perspective would be greatly appreciated! Our next meeting is next Monday, Sept. 21 at 6 p.m. in the High School Media Center.

FARE FOR ALL RETURNS TOMORROW! The September Fare For All low-cost food sale is coming up on Friday, September 11 at Rush City High School from 11am – 1pm, offering a selection of fresh, local, and high-quality low-cost food items- and all community members are welcome to participate.

*** Please note that we will back at Door 5 on the north side of the building. ***

Here are the specials:
Chicken Thighs - 3 lbs - $3.50
Smoked Pork Chops - 2lbs - $4.00
Chicken Chipotle Bowl - 7.2oz - $3.00
Ground Beef - 1lb - $4.00

Locally Sourced Farm Veggie (variety) $1-$3 per item

Mega Meat ($25) and Produce Packs ($10) are also available. We will share contents of these packs when that info is available. Please check at the display table for availability and/or changes.

Fare for All is open to ALL. There are no eligibility requirements and pre-registration is not needed, just show up and shop! Please note that Fare for All accepts cash, credit, debit, and EBT cards, but they are unable to take checks.

SENIOR SUNRISE! Rush City High School seniors gathered together at the track this morning to watch the sun come over the horizon at 6:44 a.m.! The seniors also brought breakfast items to cook together - and picked up after when finished - before heading to school. Here's to a bright and shining year ahead for the Class of 2027!

WE'RE SO EXCITED TO BE HERE! Rush City Public Schools got off to a great start last week! The students and staff of Rush City High School were fired up for their first day on Tuesday, Sept. 1, while C.E. Jacobson Elementary followed up two "Get To Know You Days" with the first day of school on Thursday, Sept. 3!

ECFE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! By taking part in ECFE, you can learn how to support your child as they grow.

> Infant programming often teaches about how babies grow, how the brain develops and how to support brain development in your infant. Learn how to keep your baby safe and some ways for you and your baby to have fun.

> Toddler programming may be a great help to get support for the new issues that toddlerhood brings your family. Toddlers often experiment with independence while maintaining a need for security and predictability. Your toddler may need lots of physical activity and begin to talk with you.

> Preschooler programming typically includes information about your preschooler's needs, how the brain develops and how to help your child get ready for kindergarten. As a parent of a preschooler, you have new opportunities to support your child's growth and learning.
