West Shamokin Marching Band WSHS Jr./Sr. High School Mrs.

Strayer has been teaching in the Armstrong School District since 2003 and has experience with both beginner students and advanced students. Strayer earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and her Masters degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
