As we close another beautiful school year at St. Nicholas Catholic School, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the countless blessings God has poured upon our school.
This year has been a journey of growth—We have watched our students learn, serve, pray, and grow into the young people God is calling them to be. Their accomplishments, acts of kindness, and witness to their faith have been a daily reminder of God’s presence among us.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our parents and families for entrusting us with the precious gift of your children. Thank you for your, support and prayers. St. Nicholas is so much more than a school—it is a family. It is a place where Christ is at the center, where friendships are formed, where faith is lived, and where each child is known and loved.

We give thanks for the memories made and the many ways God has blessed our school throughout the year.

John Evans was a devoted supporter of St. Nicholas Catholic School and a generous presence in Burley for nearly 30 years. A lifelong believer in Catholic education, he ensured his own children experienced it and gave selflessly to support others—always living by the motto, “the more you give, the more you get.”
This special memorial tournament celebrates his legacy of kindness, generosity, and faith. Proceeds from the event will directly support St. Nicholas Catholic School—one of John’s favorite causes.

Today we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Candi Llanos for the many years of love, dedication, and faithful service she has given to St. Nicholas Catholic School.

Candi has been such a blessing to our school family. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support have touched the lives of so many students, families, and staff throughout the years.

While we will miss her greatly, we are so thankful for the countless ways she has helped shape and strengthen our St. Nicholas community. Her presence has made our school a warmer, more loving place, and her impact will remain in our hearts for years to come.

Please join us in thanking Candi for all she has done for our school family. We pray that God blesses her abundantly in this next chapter and guides her with peace, joy, and many new blessings ahead.

Thank you, Candi, for being such an amazing and wonderful person. You will always be a cherished part of the St. Nicholas family.

Today, we honor and celebrate the incredible gift of mothers on this beautiful day. 🌸

At St. Nicholas School, we are deeply grateful for the women who pour out endless love, sacrifice, encouragement, and faith into the lives of their children each and every day.

Mothers reflect the gentle heart of Christ through their kindness, patience, strength, and unwavering devotion.

From bedtime prayers and comforting hugs to guiding hearts toward God’s truth, moms are a beautiful reminder of His love in action. Their nurturing spirits help shape not only strong families, but strong faith-filled communities.
