After nearly four years, I’ve made the decision to close the chapter of the Living an Intentional Life Podcast.

Even as I write those words, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

This podcast has grown alongside me through seasons of courage, motherhood, entrepreneurship, joy, heartbreak, expansion, and becoming. It has been a place where I’ve shared my heart, processed life’s transitions, and invited you into the beautifully imperfect journey of living intentionally.

Together, we’ve shared 199 episodes and conversations with 75 incredible women whose stories reminded us that we are never alone.

As I’ve reflected on this decision, I keep coming back to something I’ve learned through this work:
Intentional living isn’t only about having the courage to begin.

✨It’s also about honoring what feels complete.✨

This decision isn’t coming from burnout or from wanting to walk away from the work I love.

Rather, it feels deeply aligned.

I’m creating space to complete my book, design the 2027 Fall in Love With Yourself & Your Life Planner, prepare for upcoming retreats, and embrace a season of rest and reflection.

To every single person who has listened, shared an episode, sent a message, or allowed me to be part of your journey—thank you. 💛

This community has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

This isn’t goodbye.

It’s simply the closing of one beautiful chapter to create space for another. ☀️🌱🤎

🎧The final episode will air Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026!

For so much of my life, I’ve focused on the courage it takes to begin.

To take the leap.
To trust myself.
To say yes to the dreams and desires placed on my heart.

But I’m realizing that intentional living asks something else of us, too.

The courage to honor what feels complete.
To recognize when a chapter has fulfilled its purpose.
To trust ourselves enough to let go—not because it wasn’t meaningful, but because we sense that something new is asking to emerge.

I don’t believe endings diminish the beauty of what was.

I think they invite us to carry the lessons, the gratitude, and the growth forward as we make space for what’s next.

Perhaps there’s something in your own life asking to be honored right now.
A season.
A role.
A dream.
A version of yourself.
Not because it failed.
But because it has served its purpose.

And maybe intentional living is trusting yourself enough to listen.

✨A chapter is coming to a close.
More tomorrow. Stay tuned✨

This season feels palpable 🌱💕

The transition from the rhythm of the school year into summer schedules.

The final days of spring gently giving way to summer.

The moments before releasing multiple big truths, transitions, offerings, and reflections that feel like mirrors of where life has brought me.

There is something deeply comforting in realizing that I no longer feel the desperate need to be seen, heard, or acknowledged.

That simply being who I am is enough. 🥰
That my presence holds value whether witnessed by many, a few, or only myself.

I’ve also found myself deeply connected to the invitation to rebuild after destruction.

To honor what has fallen away.
To gather the wisdom from what once was.
And to intentionally choose what gets built next.

There is a profound beauty in honoring all of who I am.

Who I have been.
Who I am becoming.
Who I am in this very moment.

Allowing all of it to exist together rather than feeling the need to choose one version over another.

I’ve been feeling deeply connected to the paradox of this life:
That we are living a finite human experience while carrying infinite souls. 🤯

That our days are limited and precious.

And perhaps because of that, they invite us to live more honestly.
More intentionally.
More fully.

These are just a few reflections from this season, and there is so much more unfolding beneath the surface.

I am grateful.
I am humbled.
I am uncomfortable.
I am excited.
I am expansive.
I am full.

I am living this life and trying my absolute best to be all that I am being called to be in this moment.

Releasing expectations of what once was.
Honoring what is.
And creating space for what is still asking to become.

Here’s to honoring the parts of me and seasons of life that have shaped who I am, while gently welcoming what is now asking to emerge. 💛☀️✨

We often think living intentionally requires big changes.

But more often, it’s found in the small decisions we make every day.

A simple check-in:
✨ Is your life reflecting what matters most to you?

If your answer is yes, continue honoring the choices that support the life you’re intentionally creating.

If your answer is no, what is one small adjustment you can make today or this weekend to move closer to the life you want to live?

Because the life you long for isn’t built someday.
It’s shaped in the quiet moments.
The way you spend your time.
The things you say yes to.
The things you lovingly release.

And the small choices that bring you back to yourself, again and again.

✨I’d love to hear: What is one small shift you’re making right now? ✨

There comes a point in the year when we realize we’ve been moving so quickly that we haven’t stopped to ask ourselves how we’re actually doing.

We’ve been caring for others.
Managing responsibilities.
Checking things off the list.
Keeping life moving forward.

And somewhere along the way, we stop checking in with ourselves.

At the midpoint of the year, I want to offer something different.
An opportunity to pause.
To reflect on what you’ve moved through.
To reconnect with what matters most.
And to realign with the life you desire to create.

There was a moment while recording this when I had to pause and smile.

Because I was sitting there writing about nurturing the seeds of our dreams... while realizing I was actively living one that began as a tiny seed years ago.

And at the very same time, feeling entirely new dreams asking for my attention.

It reminded me of something I think we often forget:
Life isn’t one dream.
One purpose.
One destination.

It’s an unfolding.
A continual becoming.

The dreams we nurture today often become the foundation for the dreams we’ll be called toward tomorrow.

And yet so many of us wait.

Waiting for certainty.
Waiting until we’re ready.
Waiting until we know exactly how it will unfold.

But looking back, the most meaningful things in my life rarely began with certainty.

They began with curiosity.
A quiet pull.
A conversation I couldn’t stop having.
An idea that wouldn’t leave me alone.
A dream that kept returning.

I think there is wisdom in paying attention to what continues to stir within us.

Not every nudge is meant to become something.
But some are invitations.
Invitations to grow.
To trust.
To explore.
To become.

And often, the only way we discover where they lead is by taking the next small step.

✨ I’d love to know:
What keeps calling for your attention lately?

What dream, idea, or possibility feels alive within you right now?

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how easy it is to move through life without ever truly pausing to ask ourselves why.

Why am I living this way?
Why am I making the choices I’m making?
Why do these things matter?

I think so many of us become incredibly skilled at maintaining our lives.
Keeping up with schedules.
Meeting responsibilities.
Taking care of others.
Doing what needs to be done.

But somewhere along the way, we can lose sight of the deeper pulse beneath it all.

The values guiding us.
The life we’re actually trying to create.
This is why spaces like this matter so deeply to me.

Not because ceremonial cacao magically provides the answers. Not because reflection suddenly fixes everything. But because they create something many of us are desperately missing:
Space.
Space to listen.
Space to notice.
Space to tell ourselves the truth.

As I sat in reflection, supported by ritual, community, and tools that help me slow down, I found myself asking:
Where is my time going?
Where is my energy going?
Where is my attention going?
Where is my money going?
Where is my love going?

And perhaps most importantly...
Do these things reflect what I value most?

Because intentional living isn’t about perfection.
It isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about building a life that increasingly reflects what matters most to you.

A life rooted in your values.
A life created with awareness rather than default.
A life that feels true.

I believe there is incredible power in creating intentional spaces to bridge the gap between where we are and where we feel called to go.

To honor what is present.
To acknowledge what isn’t working.
To celebrate what is.

And to gently ask:
What is wanting to be created next?

When was the last time you created space to truly listen to yourself?
Not to fix.
Not to perform.
Not to get ahead.

But simply to understand the pulse beneath the life you’re living.

🤎☕️These moments here are from last week’s cacao + connection ceremony documented so beautifully by (+ with permission edited with a vintage feel by me)!

A Gentle Life Inventory ✨

Not from judgment.
Not from pressure.
But from curiosity.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how often we think intentional living is about doing more.

More habits.
More routines.
More productivity.

But what if intentional living is actually about paying closer attention?

To the way you’re caring for yourself.
To the way you’re nurturing your relationships.
To the way you’re spending your time, energy, and attention.

Because whether we realize it or not, we are always creating a life through what we repeatedly choose.

This is an invitation to pause and take a gentle inventory of the areas that shape your life:
🌿 Self
🏡 Family & Marriage
💰 Finances & Lifestyle
🌿 Health & Wellbeing
💼 Career & Purpose
🎨 Joy, Creativity & Passion
🤍 Relationships & Community

Not to find what’s wrong.

But to notice what may be asking for more intention, more support, and more care.

You don’t need to change everything.
You don’t need a complete life overhaul.

Maybe all that’s being asked of you right now is one intentional choice.

One conversation.
One boundary.
One act of care.
One step toward the life you want to create.

👉🏼As you move through, I’d love to know:
Which area of your life is asking for more intention right now?
