Our amazing RCHS percussionists have won the 2026 PAS International Percussion Ensemble Contest!!! 🎉 A special shoutout to all the former BMS students in the ensemble, and to our directors Mr. Pickle and Mr. Ferguson for leading this group to greatness. We are SO proud of you all! 🥁✨
Congratulations to our Royse City Percussion students and directors! It was announced today that they are the winner of the 2026 International Percussion Ensemble Contest by the Percussive Arts Society!!!
Our Percussion section will be performing on November 13th in Indianapolis at the International Conference! Way to go!!! The 2026-27 school year is going to be amazing!!!

This is just 30-45 minutes of me explaining HS Band to our incoming freshman band parents. Students already know this info, but we’d like at least one parent for each 8th grade band student to attend.
