September:

We are ready for a small break and then jumping into spring semester.

March Recap!
•All classes made corsages and boutonnieres this month

•Advanced also helped make these fun St. Patrick’s themed arrangements for our monthly teacher subscriptions

•We also had the honor to make the centerpieces for our 15th anniversary Royse City ISD Education Foundation Eats & Education luncheon

April Recap!
•All classes practiced making paper wrapped bouquets with some spring flowers and worked on their bow making skills

•Advanced helped with these sweet little tin can arrangements for the monthly teacher subscriptions

•We also did the florals for the cheer banquet

•We had a few students try out a couple different floral cups which was a new experience for us!

May Recap! End of the Year!

•All students got to freestyle their own arrangements with colorful pots and spring colored daisies and carnations

•Advanced helped make these fun mason jar arrangements for the monthly teacher subscriptions

•Advanced also helped make 15 of these cute small snack bouquets for Administration Assistant Day

•Advanced also helped with these spring arrangements and succulents for a meeting at the administration building

•We also made these beautiful purple and white arrangements for the open house at Hunt Regional Healthcare - Royse City

•To end the year we were humbled to be asked again to make the Teacher of the Year and Support Staff of the Year bouquets again and we think they turned out great! We had fun making the snack one!

Thank you again to all that support us and the students to be able to create these beautiful arrangements and put their skills to real life! It has been a fun and busy year and we look forward to next year!

January Recap!
•All floral classes had a lesson over sympathy arrangements this month and got to create their own over their chosen character

•Advanced also helped in making these beautiful white and green arrangements for our monthly subscription

February Recap!
•Principles made cute little rose bud vases this month and learned about the impact Valentine’s Day has on the floral industry

•Advanced tried their hand at new techniques with their arrangements and helped create these cute valentines themed cube arrangements for our monthly teacher subscriptions!

•We also celebrated National School Counselor’s Week with some pretty bouquets

•Principles classes made turkey floral arrangements with colorful fall daisy poms!
•Advanced floral made beautiful pumpkin arrangements in class as well as for our monthly teacher subscriptions

December Recap!
•Principles made sweet little holiday arrangements using peppermint carnations
•Advanced made this cute little “present” arrangements

Hey Everyone! Apologies for not updating our page very well this school year! We just kept so busy, we forgot but the next few posts will be our monthly recaps! Enjoy! 🖤💛

October:
•We celebrated National Academic & Instructional Coach’s Day w/ beautiful bouquets
•Principles classes tried their hand at paper flowers
•Advanced Floral got to try something out of their comfort zone and made an arrangement on an object instead of in a container/vase and had so much fun with it!
•Principles classes also got to make their first arrangement of the year - an asymmetrical Halloween theme

September Recap! (Only a couple weeks behind)

We hit the ground running by building our first giant mum with the advanced floral class heading it up! It topped out at 30ft long and I am so proud of all the work that went into this!

Next up was mini mums, we made a total of 185 between the principal floral classes and adv floral made another 60 to donate to our FA students to wear! 🖤💛

Then we had to give a big shout out to our technology department for National IT Day with flowers and snack baskets!

Lastly, we ended the month with trying our hand at pocket boutonnières and made bouquets for the homecoming court!
