The internet had some thoughts about this month’s LTO, so the Communications Team went straight to the source to get some first-hand reviews! The verdict? “It’s good... I love it!”

Once a month, Aramark introduces a Limited Time Offering (LTO) to students in grades K–8, giving them a chance to try something new. This year, five of the nine LTOs also feature a meatless option. Many dishes incorporate fresh herbs and techniques like roasting to reduce sodium without sacrificing flavor.

So, where do the ideas come from? Aramark’s Culinary Alliance, a team of field-based executive chefs, draws inspiration from student surveys, current food trends, and what they’re seeing in schools and communities. New flavors, fresh ideas, and student reviews straight from the source!
