❤️🌳 ROOTED IN CHRIST: A NEW SCHOOL YEAR BEGINS! 🌳❤️
Behind every wonderful first day is a team of teachers and staff who have spent countless hours preparing, planning, praying, and getting ready to welcome our students back. ❤️

Today, our St. Paul staff had the joy of welcoming familiar faces and meeting many new ones! From greeting students at the door to helping little ones find their classrooms, building new friendships, leading chapel, and sharing a few sweet treats of ice cream and cookies, our staff helped make the first day one to remember. 🍦🍪

We are so thankful for the amazing people God has placed at St. Paul. Each member of our staff brings their own gifts, talents, compassion, and love for children—and together, we are committed to equipping, supporting, serving, and witnessing where God calls us.

As we begin this new school year, we pray that our staff will remain rooted in Christ, allowing His love and grace to guide us as we teach, encourage, and care for each of our students.

❤️🌳 ROOTED IN CHRIST: OUR FIRST DAY! 🌳❤️

What a beautiful first day at St. Paul Lutheran School! We are so thankful to have our students back in our classrooms and hallways, and what a joy it was to welcome so many new faces into our St. Paul family! ❤️

Today was filled with smiles, new friendships, getting to know one another, and making those special first-day memories. Our students gathered together for chapel and then enjoyed a sweet treat of ice cream and cookies afterward! 🍦🍪

Most importantly, we began our year together rooted in Christ, remembering that God is with us in every new beginning, every new friendship, every challenge, and every moment of growth.

We are grateful for a wonderful first day and look forward to all that God has planned for this school year! 🙏❤️

❤️🌳 ROOTED IN CHRIST: STAFF SPOTLIGHT — MR. PAUL 🎶❤️
Today, we are continuing our Rooted in Christ Staff Spotlight Series by introducing someone who brings music, laughter, and a whole lot of joy to our school community—Mr. Paul! 🎶
From choir and handbells to instruments of all kinds, Mr. Paul is truly our maestro and Minister of Music! 🎼 He has a gift for sharing his love of music with our students and helping them discover their own talents along the way.
Mr. Paul brings so much school spirit, laughter, and joy to St. Paul. His students will tell you that his famous “dad jokes” are often a highlight of their day! 😂 He pours countless hours into preparing our students for music festivals, Christmas programs, worship services, and all of the special musical moments that make our school year memorable.
His musical talent is truly a gift, but what makes Mr. Paul special is the way he shares that gift with our students. Through music, he helps children build confidence, discover talents they may not have known they had, and create memories they will carry with them long after they leave St. Paul. Every student who works with Mr. Paul leaves with a little more appreciation for music—and perhaps a new talent or two! 🎶

And the fun doesn't stop with music! Mr. Paul also teaches Science, bringing his energy and creativity into the classroom and making learning fun and engaging. 🔬🧪 He also shares his musical gifts with our church community by directing the adult choir and handbells and helping with special music.
Beyond the classroom, Mr. Paul is the kind of coworker who makes St. Paul a better place. He is always willing to lend a hand, share a laugh, and brighten someone’s day. We are truly grateful for the gifts, joy, and faith he brings to our school and church family.
Mr. Paul, thank you for helping our students find their rhythm, discover their gifts, and grow in faith! We are blessed to have you as part of the St. Paul family. ❤️🎶

What Children Learn During the First Weeks of PreK 🌱💙

Did you know that one of the most important things children learn during the first weeks of PreK is that school is a safe, welcoming, and loving place to be?

The first weeks of preschool are about so much more than ABCs and 123s. Children are building relationships with their teachers, learning classroom routines, practicing independence, and making new friends. These experiences help them feel secure and confident as they begin a wonderful year of learning and growing. ❤️

At St. Paul Lutheran Preschool, we are looking forward to a beautiful new school year filled with learning, laughter, friendship, and growing together. Our teachers are ready to welcome our preschoolers and help each child feel known, loved, and valued from the very beginning.

❤️ ROOTED IN CHRIST: STAFF SPOTLIGHT — MS. FUCHS 🌳
Today, we are continuing our Rooted in Christ Staff Spotlight Series by introducing someone who brings an extra dose of joy, laughter, and love to our youngest Vikings, Ms. Fuchs, our wonderful Preschool 3’s teacher! 🖍️
Ms. Fuchs has a beautiful gift for making little ones feel safe and loved. Her classroom is filled with tenderness, creativity, and plenty of preschool-sized adventures! From wiping tears and noses, to playing peek-a-boo, building towers, singing songs, and celebrating those very first milestones, Ms. Fuchs embraces every moment with patience and love.
She understands that for many of our Preschool 3 students, this may be their very first experience away from home, and she makes that transition feel a little less scary and a whole lot more special. She knows when a child needs a hug, when they need a little encouragement, and when they simply need someone to get down on their level and play. ❤️Ms. Fuchs is just as loving and supportive toward her coworkers. She is always willing to lend a hand, share a smile, or jump in wherever she is needed. She truly has a servant’s heart and is such an important part of our St. Paul family.
And if you know Ms. Fuchs, you also know one thing for sure, she is definitely the most colorful member of our St. Paul crew! 💜 Her fun personality and vibrant spirit shine through in everything she does, and our school is brighter because she is here. Ms. Fuchs, thank you for loving our littlest Vikings so well. Thank you for the patience, laughter, encouragement, and countless little moments of love you pour into your classroom each day. You are helping plant the very first seeds of faith, friendship, confidence, and learning in the hearts of our youngest students—and what a beautiful gift that is. We are so thankful God planted you at St. Paul! We are blessed to have you on our team and even more blessed to have you helping our youngest Vikings grow, learn, and become rooted in Christ. 🌳✝️🌱❤️
