The Adventures of an ADHDer: Learning to understand and harness your ADHD Summer Tool Box

Kids will work on creating a toolbox for the summer to work on strategies of managing and owning their ADHD. We will do goal setting and learn the skills and strategies of problem solving, conflict and emotional management. Kids will make a vision board. Camp includes swimming, games, science experiments, crafts and skill building.

It is good and bad news that the OK2SAY is getting so many tips.
Bullying is very much ALIVE but the efforts to prevent it seemed to have diminished greatly when the pandemic started.
There is so much that happens in between the first mean interaction and the path to bullying. So much that could be done.... but better yet.... if kids had the tools to either shut it down in the beginning or if they couldn't go to adults who also knew what to do that would be a Win win.
Please let other parents know of this important skill building camp! It is all about confidence and skills to prevent bullying in the majority of situations!

Friendship Camp​
​Kids will learn the do's and don'ts of Friendship. What does it mean to be a true friend? What do you do when your friend leaves you out or says something mean? Learn how to be friendly classmate even if you are not friends with someone. What to do if your friend doesn’t want you to play with others? Kids will learn how to handle the practical problems in friendship. Friendship themed crafts, role play, and games are included.

K-POP Demon Hunters Fun Camp Grades 1-5

Kids will have fun using the K-POP movie and characters to learn how to use your power in a positive way. We will do K-Pop Demon Hunter inspired crafts to learn the art of assertiveness. Kids will have fun sharing their favorite K-Pop music and dance moves. A fun way to learn to be powerful and be yourself! Camp includes role playing, dance, games and crafts.
