I have lovely news to share: Starting tomorrow at Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center in Ferndale, the crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, etc, will be coming with me to work for private sound healing sessions in one of the massage therapy rooms.

Availability will start off on Thursday afternoons for the next couple weeks and then shift to Tuesdays & Fridays. 🥰

This is for you If you want to:
-strengthen your ability to truly relax
-effortlessly start or strengthen an existing meditation practice
-give your body and mind an opportunity to self-heal
-lie down on a massage table instead of the floor
-immerse fully in the harmonies of angelic crystal singing bowls

I work at Claddagh Chiropractic and we're having a wellness fair today. I'll be seated in the waiting room with crystal singing bowls for anyone who wants to sit for sound meditation. Feel free to stop in if you're free. There'll be plenty of demos.

I'm looking for 6 businesses in Metro-Detroit who LOVE their employees and want to offer them a 4-week session of Yoga and/or sound healing at work THIS SUMMER.

WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE: I've been teaching Yoga actively in the workplace for over 13 years now, which includes 10 years teaching regularly at General Motors and 5 years teaching for HAP's clients, offering classes to staff at various school districts, universities, hospitals, a casino, and city and county government offices, to name a few. Now I also offer classes for the staff at the Chiropractic & wellness center where I'm employed.

THIS SUMMER: I'll be offering these sessions with the same rate I offer through HAP.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY: As I transition to being a middle grade science teacher, (should my science studies all go well!) I will continue workplace Yoga. Starting this fall, however, I'll only be available to do so during the summers.

PLEASE SHARE: Please help me share this information. And please don't get tired of me posting about this. I can only take on 6 companies over the three summer months but I WANT to be sure I FILL the schedule for that period. I would love if you could help me do that. And should you connect a business with me that signs on, I will offer you a free sound healing session in my Home Sanctuary as my thank you for spreading the LOVE.

OPTIONS: ONE CLASS A WEEK FOR FOUR WEEKS.

Sessions can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

You choose your style, with a wide range to select from, including restful Yogic naps with guided relaxation, chair Yoga, basic Yoga exercise, meditation, restorative or a little more intense Yoga practice. Your choice. I tailor for your group in the moment. For sound healing, I can travel with seven crystal singing bowls +.

ONLINE OR IN-PERSON: Sessions can be online or in-person. The photo here is from an online class I gave recently to HAP's employees.

This Saturday at the Theosophical Society in Detroit (located in Berkley, MI) I'll be bringing the crystal singing bowls for an afternoon of harmony, deep rest, and tea. Centered around the New Year, we'll incorporate releasing the past and opening up to our unfoldment as we move forward. I'd love if you joined me!
