That’s why we’re so excited to introduce The Mama Meetup at mamas play, a COMPLETELY FREE, recurring support group for moms, happening EVERY SINGLE MONDAY at 10AM. 🫶
This is a space to come exactly as you are. No judgment. No pressure. No pretending you have it all together.
Come talk about postpartum, anxiety, relationships, identity, feeding, sleep, going back to work, feeling overwhelmed, motherhood… or literally ANYTHING that’s on your mind.
And the best part?

You shouldn’t have to find childcare just to take care of yourself. Bring the babies. Bring the toddlers. Bring the chaos. Come in comfy clothes. Grab a seat. Exhale. You’re welcome here.
The Mama Meetup will be facilitated by Maddie Hahn, MSW, a mom of two and social worker with 10 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups. She brings both her professional experience and her own experience navigating motherhood to create a space where moms can feel heard, understood, and connected.
Because maternal mental health matters.
Supporting moms matters.
Having a village matters.
And sometimes, simply knowing “I’m not the only one feeling this way” can make all the difference.
At mamas play, we want to be more than just a place for your kids to play. We want to be a place where MAMAS feel supported, too. We’re here for the hard days, the overwhelming days, the beautiful days, and everything in between.
