Registration is almost full for the 2026–2027 year! These are the only remaining openings in our gymnastics classes.

All other classes are currently full, but a waitlist is available if your preferred class is full.

Classes start Tuesday, September 8th.

🤸‍♀️ We’re so excited to welcome everyone back to Roxboro Gymnastics Academy!

Classes begin Tuesday, September 8th, and we can’t wait to see our gymnasts! 💜 Before classes begin, please take a moment to review these important reminders and policies.

💜 Tuition & Payments

⭐ Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

PayPal Payments:
Payments may be sent to PayPal.me/roxgym
Please select Friends & Family — NOT Goods & Services.

When sending your payment, you must include your child’s first and last name AND the month you are paying for in the memo.

Example: Sarah Smith – September

💵 Cash Payments:
The RGA office will be open to accept cash payments:

September 1st: 4:30–6:30 PM

🚨 RGA will be CLOSED September 3rd–7th.
Classes begin September 8th.

🤸 Before & During Class

⭐ Please have your child’s hair pulled back and secured before class.

⭐ Gymnasts should bring a labeled water bottle to each class.

⭐ Please have your child use the restroom before class begins whenever possible.

⭐ For safety, gymnasts should never enter the gym or get on equipment without an instructor.

⏰ Drop-Off, Pick-Up & Lobby Supervision

Please do not drop children off more than 5 minutes before their scheduled class time.

RGA staff are responsible for supervising students during their scheduled class only. We are not responsible for supervising children in the lobby before or after class, so please make arrangements for timely drop-off and pick-up.

Siblings are welcome to wait in the lobby with a supervising adult, but they must remain in the lobby at all times. For everyone’s safety and to avoid disrupting classes, siblings should remain with their adult and appropriately supervised while waiting. Please do not allow children to run through the lobby, enter the gym area, or play on or around gym equipment.

📅 Absences & Make-Up Classes

Please remember that regular attendance is important for your gymnast’s progress. Because class sizes and staffing are based on enrollment, missed classes are not guaranteed a make-up class, credit, or refund. If your child misses their regularly scheduled class, RGA is not obligated to provide an alternate class time.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
