Get a Head Start on Battle of the Books This Summer!

Our Battle of the Books competition is returning, and summer is the perfect time to get started on next year's reading list.

Students in third, fourth, and fifth grades who participate in Battle of the Books work together to read selected books and compete in a fun academic challenge that tests their knowledge of the stories, characters, and adventures they discover along the way. The more books you read over the summer, the more prepared you'll be when the competition begins!

Grab a book, find a cozy reading spot, and start your Battle of the Books journey today. Happy summer reading, Wildcats!
