📎 The updated 2026 UIL Physicals Form is attached.

✅ Student and parent signatures are required on the UIL Physicals Form.

Getting physicals completed now helps students stay cleared and ready for band camp, rehearsals, summer activities, and marching season! 🎺🥁🏳️

🎶 The Boosters will also accept 2026-27 Band Fee payments ($250) during physicals tomorrow. Payments may be made by cash or check.
