Hello Lobo Families!

Please help us share the following information with families who may benefit from summer meal services in our community.

Round Rock ISD will provide healthy, no-cost summer meals for children and teens 18 years old and younger, as well as students with disabilities up to age 21, through the Seamless Summer Option program beginning May 26, 2026.

Families do not need to register, be enrolled in summer school, or provide proof of age, income, or residency. Meals must be consumed on-site.

Several Round Rock ISD campuses will serve summer meals, including Union Hill Elementary:

Union Hill Elementary School

July 8 – July 31, 2026 (Monday–Friday)
Breakfast: 7:00–7:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Additional meal sites include Round Rock High School, Deep Wood Elementary, Double File Trail Elementary, Joe Lee Johnson Elementary, Hopewell Middle School, Deerpark Middle School, and Live Oak Elementary.

Families can locate summer meal sites anywhere in Texas by:
• Calling 2-1-1
• Visiting SummerFood.org
• Texting FOOD or COMIDA to 304-304

These summer meal programs help ensure students have access to nutritious meals and return to school ready to learn and thrive.

Hello 5th Grade Families!

We are excited to celebrate our 5th Grade Graduation tomorrow morning! Doors will open for families at 7:45 AM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. We will start on time regardless of late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.

If there are siblings enrolled at Union Hill who would like to attend the graduation, they may report to class first and then be signed out to attend the ceremony. If your child plans to remain at school afterward, they will simply need to be signed back in upon returning to class.

¡Estamos emocionados de celebrar mañana por la mañana la Graduación de 5.º Grado! Las puertas abrirán para las familias a las 7:45 AM y la ceremonia comenzará puntualmente a las 8:30 AM. Comenzaremos a tiempo independientemente de llegadas tarde, por favor planifiquen en consecuencia.

District correspondence recently shared that power has been restored on campus. While we do currently have lights, we are still without air conditioning and are not yet fully operational.

If you are planning to pick up your student, we do have a process in place to assist families. Please come to the front office for assistance.

Hello Lobo Families!

We are excited to celebrate the end of the school year with two fun-filled student events on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Lobo Land and Wolf Water Park!

Please review the schedules below so students are prepared for their special day.

Lobo Land Schedule:

(FAC, ECSE, LID, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade)

9:00–9:45 AM – FAC, ECSE, LID
9:30–10:30 AM – Pre-K
10:45–11:45 AM – 1st Grade
11:45 AM–12:45 PM – Kindergarten

Lobo Land will include age-appropriate activities (bounce houses) and fun for our younger Lobos. There will be no water activities during Lobo Land.

Wolf Water Park Schedule:

(2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, and 5th Grade)

9:00–10:00 AM – 3rd Grade
10:00–11:00 AM – 2nd Grade
11:00 AM–12:00 PM – 5th Grade
12:00–1:00 PM – 4th Grade

Students participating in Wolf Water Park should bring:

A towel
A change of clothes
School-appropriate shorts
A colored t-shirt to wear over their swimsuit

Shorts and T-shirts are to be worn over swimsuits.

Parents are welcome! If you plan to attend, please arrive 15 minutes before your student's assigned time.

Subject: Brief Hold for EMS on Campus

Good afternoon, Union Hill community,

Earlier today, we placed our campus on a brief Hold while EMS attended to a staff member in need of medical attention. During a Hold, students and staff remain in their classrooms to keep hallways clear for first responders.

The Hold was released after about 30 minutes, and we resumed normal operations. We appreciate how well our students listened and cooperated with teachers during the Hold. Please feel free to contact me at 512-424-8700 if you have any questions or concerns.
