My name is Taylor Sharp! I am a Certified Personal Trainer at Fact Fitness in Round Rock, Texas. I was born in Wurzburg Germany to a military family with a background in Track & Field and Cross Country. Specifically the 200 Meter/400 Meter and Long/Triple Jump. I specialize in Strength and Conditioning Training as well as Fat Loss and Building Lean Muscle Mass. I am eager to work with individuals who are ready to maximize their physical and nutritional potential inside and outside of the gym!

Elizabeth Dolan, but I go by Liz. I am a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach! I am also a boot camp instructor. I work with men and women, but have a specialization in Womens Fitness. Meaning I work with women of all ages and stages of life! I have kids of my own and know the struggles that come with motherhood and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have a passion for fitness and love competing in Fitness competitions (Hyrox, and Deka), and running local 5ks/10ks. One of my favorite joys is to see people get fit & healthier and to help them exceed their expectations! If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!

My name is Mason Jordan. I was born in Wichita, KS and grew up playing football and basketball. I played wide receiver at Howard University and Graduated in 2021. As a former collegiate athlete, basketball was my preferred form of cardio. When gyms shut down because of covid I started running on a consistent basis to challenge myself physically and mentally.

Since starting my running career in 2020 I have run 3 marathons and 2 half marathons, also qualifying for the 2024 Boston Marathon. After setting a personal record of 2:57 in the marathon distance, I decided that I wanted to assist others in reaching their goals as well.

I want to help people not only reach their fitness goals more efficiently, but also be living proof that we can do anything we set our minds to if we simply make the decision to do so. I help runners run faster, further, while remaining pain free.

Casey Burchfield holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Allied Health with a track in Pre-Physical Therapy. She’s experienced in both in-patient and out-patient rehab and sports training. Her coaching experience includes competitive gymnastics for youth athletes and weight training. She has written nutrition programs for other competitive athletes ranging from jiu-jitsu to track. Casey has played a wide range of sports and continues to box, play soccer, run, and rock climb. Casey has a strong belief in functional movement and weight training to aid in performance and long-term injury prevention.

She believes that training should vary greatly from person to person. What works for one person’s body and lifestyle, will not work for another. And thus, her programming is specifically tailored to fit each athlete’s needs. Along with training, Casey emphasizes the importance of nutrition in physical and mental well-being. While there is a magnitude of scientific data and research in existence, she is continuously staying up-to-date with the newest peer-reviewed information on athletic performance and functional movement.

Welcome & Meet Logan Stone is currently a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Student at Texas State University, where he also earned his B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences. Logan is a former 4 sport athlete - football, basketball, track, & tennis who recently earned his NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist & Program Design Specialist Certifications.

As a coach, Logan specializes in prehab fitness training addressing both strength & mobility deficits with knowledge about tissue specific training. His goal is to improve athletic performance through sport-specific movement assessments, strength training and conditioning programs, and by providing guidance regarding nutrition.
