Need a quick mobility routine before crushing your martial arts workout? πŸ₯Š

This 5-minute warm-up will get you fight-ready!

Try this before class:

1️⃣ Cat-cow: 10 slow reps to loosen up for those power shots
2️⃣ Hip circles: 10 each way for explosive kicks
3️⃣ Shoulder rolls: 10 forward, 10 back to keep those punches flowing
4️⃣ Ankle rotations: 10 each side for better footwork
5️⃣ Neck stretches: all directions, 5 seconds each (keep that guard up!)
