Training and Protection Services (U.S.T.A.P.S.) offers one of the most hands on and comprehensive concealed carry permit classes in the state of Illinois. Previous students have ranged from NFL all pro football players to surgical doctors. All attendees have given U.S.T.A.P.S. the very highest marks for instructing the best concealed carry permit class around. U.S.T.A.P.S. offers 8 hr/12 hr/16 hr
