Hi parents. Please check your children's back packs for a note regarding our upcoming Open House on September 30th. It begins at 6:30. You will meet your children's service providers and have a chance to see your child's classroom and ask questions about the program. See you there!

First day of our fall session begins tomorrow. We are so excited to be seeing the children once again and have all their cubbies prepared. The rooms have been cleaned and the teams spent today preparing materials and plans to begin the school year. See everyone tomorrow!!!

How many parents can relate to at least some part of this?

My son Nicholas was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) a few years ago, when he first started working with an occupational therapist. He is 7 now. We have lived with this disorder for almost five years.

Actually, this upcoming weekend is a four day weekend as we have no Schonowe Preschool on Friday, the 23rd (extra snow day) and Monday the 26th (for Memorial Day). This again is the case for the Tigger and Puppy rooms and the nursery school. Daycare will be opened on Friday but closed for Memorial Day. Enjoy!

Good news for anyone looking for a nice 3 day spring weekend to spend with your children. Schonowe Preschool will be closed on Friday, May 23rd due to an extra snow day we did not need to use. Plan something special and enjoy! Notices will also be coming home in your child's backpack as reminders.
