Our Kindergarten crew officially kicked off their very first “Cooking with Kinders” activity!

Together, students whipped up a batch of Friendship Mix, and while it tasted great, the real magic was happening behind the mixing bowl. From building connections and fostering independence to developing fine motor and math skills, our Kindergarten Gladiators are accomplishing big things and showing us just how powerful purposeful, joyful learning can be!

From parent presentations to snack time with our preschoolers, our Director of Safety, Kevin Walker, is always finding ways to connect with our Gladiator community! 💙💛

Community, connection, and plenty of fun! 💙

Our Lower School students spent Community Day learning, creating, and growing together through activities focused on mindfulness, teamwork, creativity, and growth mindset. Along the way, they collaborated with classmates, tried new things, and built skills that strengthen our community.

Students also got a sneak peek at several of our Fall 2026 After-School Programs and the exciting opportunities available beyond the school day.

Ziplines, House Challenges, and the legendary Blob! Our 6th–8th Grade Gladiators had an incredible time at Camp Highland for their Middle School Retreat.

A beautiful new addition to Atlanta Academy! 🎨 We’re so grateful to artist Malcolm Turpin of Graffiti Class ATL for bringing this incredible mural to life. We love that our students and families get to enjoy this work of art every day as they come through carpool—a joyful reminder of the creativity, beauty, and wonder that surround us. And judging by these little faces, we think our students are pretty excited about it, too!

🏛️ The Houses are set. Let the games begin! 🏆

Our 6th graders have officially been sorted into Sparta, Athens, and Corinth! 🎉 They now join their 7th- and 8th-grade Housemates for a year filled with House Games, friendly competition, teamwork, and lots of Gladiator spirit!

The Atlanta Academy House System is one of our favorite Middle School traditions because it’s about so much more than earning points toward the Gladiator Cup. It’s about belonging, leadership, friendship, collaboration, and school pride. 💙

We can’t wait to see our Houses cheer each other on, take on new challenges, and make memories together all year long.
