Attention all residents. We have been notified by the city that water will be shut off tomorrow, 9/5/2024, from 3pm-6pm. This is to fix a main break in the vicinity of the apartments. Thank you.

Hello residents, this is a reminder that the office will close at 12 pm on Friday and reopen on Wednesday the 27th. If you have packages coming in on Friday or Saturday, please call the after-hours phone, and the CA will get your packages. There will not be package pick up on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. We hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas.

Hello, Resident’s all three buildings including our clubhouse will be out of water tomorrow July 14,2023. The city will be turning off the water rescource due to maintenance having to fix a issue in our aptartments. I am not sure exactly how long this will take and when they will turn back on the water tomorrow but it should be at least by the end of the day! Please, prepare yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience!
